All our meat products are 100% halaal certified. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Products sold by weight are freshly cut and prepared; therefore, final pack weights may vary slightly within reasonable commercial tolerance.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders placed online are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. We accept payment via PayFast and PayPal. In cases where payment is pending or incomplete, orders will be held temporarily before cancellation.
4. Delivery & Collection
Orders are delivered via our in-house delivery team or courier partner, depending on your delivery address. Customer collection is available from our store in Pietermaritzburg during business hours. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or collection.
5. Cancellations & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, orders already prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or returned, except where goods are demonstrably spoiled or defective upon delivery.
